- Learn algorithms fast
- Add your own algorithms or import algorithm sets
- Edit algorithms to fit your style
- Time yourself with Time Attack mode
AlgTeacher solves the problem of cramming a bunch of algorithms on one day and then forgetting them after a week.
*SCRAMBLE YOUR ALGORITHMS*
Normally, to learn algorithms, you'd have to open AlgDB (or a similar site), see all the algorithms in a specific set, then perform them while trying to remember what case they represent.
Instead, AlgTeacher doesn't show you the algorithm - it shows you a scramble that generates the case the algorithm is meant to solve.
That way you have to remember the solution to a case if you want to solve it.
Of course, in case you forgot, you can always view the solution.
*TIME ATTACK MODE*
To simulate real solves, Time Attack mode trains your memory by scrambling each algorithm in a set and timing your solve for it.
High scores are kept for each algorithm set combination, so you can see your improvement over time as well!
*IMPORT COMMON ALGORITHM SETS*
AlgTeacher comes pre-packaged with the following algorithm sets:
* OLL
* PLL
* Winter Variation
* Summer Variation
* Oriented LS F2L subset
So you don't have to manually type 57 OLL algorithms by yourself.
AlgTeacher is currently beta, and more features are planned for the near future.
